When the term ‘Cyber Monday’ was coined in 2005, it was conceived chiefly as a way of promoting online sales via desktop computers. Smartphone technology - then in its infancy - barely got a look in. The last decade has witnessed a revolution in the way we shop. In 2015, mobile traffic is expected to exceed desktop for the first time. To mark the tenth anniversary of Cyber Monday, we’ve built the case for ‘Cyber Monday’ to be rechristened ‘Mobile Monday.’ Take a look!
